General Site Use
This is the home of Motorsport Technology Explained. Each month (or when ready), we release a new “drop” — a curated collection of digital products tied to a new video or engineering topic. You can browse, shop, support, or just follow along.
No account is required to shop, but having one allows you to track your purchases, re-download files, and manage support orders.
Yes — after purchase, you’ll receive a link via email. If you created an account, you can log in anytime to access your downloads.

Product Licensing & Usage
Each product specifies what’s inside. Most include STL, STEP, or FBX files for 3D models, along with renders, PDF documentation, or animation clips — depending on the drop
You can usually choose between:
• Personal Use — for learning, hobby use, or printing for yourself
• Commercial Use — for using in monetized projects
• Studio / Educational
License — for classrooms or internal team use
License terms are listed on each product page.
Only if you purchase the correct license. Personal licenses do not allow reselling or redistribution

Supporter Options
You can:

Drops & Schedule
A drop is a themed collection of products (e.g., 3D models, animations, diagrams) released alongside a new video. Each drop is limited-edition and tied to a specific topic.
Roughly once per month, depending on research and production time. Drops are released when they’re ready, not rushed
Yes — each upcoming drop has a public preview page with a release date. You can sign up to get an alert the moment it goes live.
Yes, unless marked as retired or limited. All available drops are listed in the Shop.
Orders, Payments, & Tech Issues
Credit card, PayPal, and occasionally other local options depending on your region.
Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, contact us via this form or email support@motorstech.com — we’ll sort it quickly.
Yes — just reply to your order confirmation email or contact us directly. We’ll resend it.
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered, but we’ll make sure you get the files and help you troubleshoot any issue.
